SmartView PolyClad Hidden Tilt Shutters

SmartView is built on the original, patented ShutterSMART Polyclad shutter design with upgrades that offer even stronger panel construction and design enhancements to make SmartView our bestselling shutter.

  • The SmartView Hidden Tilt design features a slender, elegant tilt rod discreetly positioned on the side and back of the shutter panel. The rod disappears into the stiles for unobstructed views and sits flush with the back edge of the louver. This design makes it less visible and also requires less space—perfect for shallow openings.
  • Recessed magnets and a tastefully designed strike plate provide a clean look and no maintenance.
  • SmartView is built for tropical and humid climates with no harmful formadehyde or MDF—made from 100% basswood cores wrapped in easy-to-maintain poly.
  • SmartView are our strongest shutters, with rail-wrap construction that bonds rails to stiles.
  • SmartView are constructed with a 3-dowell fine furniture joinery for added durability.
  • SmartView features an astragal molded into the stile for left, right shutters that eliminate the center light gap and save time aligning panels during installation.

Miramonte Premier offers timeless craftsmanship without compromise. We kiln-dry North American basswood before finishing each shutter with our 4-coat baked paint finish in neutral shades—and styles—to match any interior design.

  • The hardwoods are hand selected and run through a Kiln drying process.
  • Each shutter is then custom built, hand sanded and painted using our proprietary 4 Coat Baked in Finish™ Technology.
  • Miramonte comes in a palate of 18 paint colors and custom paint matches to meet the most discerning tastes.

AllView shutters feature solid-corner-block construction survives use and abuse—perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and basements where moisture and humidity may be an issue. Polyresin panels and louvers won’t chip or discolor, while hidden tilt rods create a functional and modern design.
